The clock starts over again...

Cailyn had a seizure Saturday night. It was weird. It was the only one we saw and she'd been grumpy and hot earlier in the day so I don't know if that's something to look for with her. She's doing great otherwise. She'll have her Christening this Sunday and there are lots of people coming in to town to visit the little lady. It will be good to have so many family and friends around to celebrate a happy occasion for a little girl who has been through so much already.

She'll go next week for her four month check up and shots. On the 15th she'll be four months old already. Its very hard to believe.

Saturday was interesting. We had a kick butt storm come through and knock out the power. It was hot and normally I'd just be grumpy about the heat but now we have to worry about her getting overheated (a side effect from one of her medicines) and we have to keep her medicine refrigerated. With no power both are difficult. So luckily my friend Monique let us come over and enjoy her nice cool house and borrow some space in her fridge. Thanks again Monique.

Cailyn and I slept over and Curt, Elvis and Nittany braved the no power situation. It was turned back on at midnight but we just weren't sure when it was coming back and didn't want to risk it.

Lots to do this week... Curt and I both got new glasses so we get to pick those up, lots of spring cleaning and packing up stuff for Goodwill. We are also finally using the gift certificate for the cleaning people on Thursday. My family starts coming in Wednesday. The early intervention women come back on Wednesday with her care plan. She's not delayed but they are going to keep her in the program to keep an eye on her. Hopefully they'll have some exercises and things to do with her as well so we make sure she doesn't fall behind.
