Cute as a button with her little pink bow

Here's a new photo of Cailyn. I bought her some bows today because her hair is getting pretty long.

Busy week ahead

This morning Cailyn went to the allergist for testing to see if she is allergic to anything else and to see what the milk allergy means. She is only officially allergic to milk but that means no milk, no ice cream, no cheese, no yogurt. They do make soy alternatives to all of these and since she's never had the real thing she should be fine. If we think she is having an allergic reaction to anything else we can come in and get her tested, otherwise they'd like to see her in a year. We also got an epi-pen but I don't think it was necessary.

Tonight is the last swim class of the session.

Tuesday I have to meet the 2nd pediatrician in the new practice to make sure we are comfortable with them.

Wednesday I might take the day off. I've been meaning to go through all my paperwork and get things in order with medical bills and my office. Sarah will be here to take care of Cailyn and work shouldn't be too busy so that might be a good chance. Wednesday Aunt Danielle flys in at 3:30 and Cailyn has PT with Carla at 6 pm.

Thursday is Thanksgiving and it'll be Cailyn's first time having turkey. I figure that and some sweet potatos and she'll have a great first Thanksgiving. We'll probably going swimming with Aunt Danielle at some time during her visit so she can see Cailyn go.

Cailyn is still growing really well. I still haven't measured her but she just gained another 1.3 lbs in the past 9 days or so. She's up to 21.3 lbs. All along she's been in the 50th percentile for weight and I think she's still there, I think she's grown some in length too. She's in 12 month pants now for the most part. Some PJs are still nines.
