Leaps and Bound

Cailyn has making so much progress over the past two weeks. We've been lowering the Topamax aka dopamax and she's actually so much better. Less seizures and she's AWAKE. She's trying to sit up and tonight she rolled from her back to her side three times for Curt. She's never done that before. The only rolling she'd do would be from a side to her favorite position, her back. She startles now which is another thing that's new. Laugh or cough too lough and she jumps. She usually gets a big smile afterwards like she's embarrassed. It's very cute.

Only a few more days to the Epilepsy Walk I got a notice today that the event will go on rain or shine so we'll keep our fingers crossed there's no rain.

We have so many team members now it's amazing, so much support from friends and family. We've raised more than 1500 dollars last I checked and we have a pledge still to come in for five hundred. My original goal for the team was 200 and we are going to hit 2000. All the money goes to the Epilepsy Foundation for awareness and research.
