We've had three days around here now since Friday with ZERO seizures. Friday and Saturday and then Tuesday. It's so weird. We are lowering the topamax and planning to take it away.
We've also only been giving her Soy Milk and not the Formula anymore. We are trying to get 4 meals or 3 meals and 2 snacks in the girl, but I'm bored with what she has to eat, she doesn't seem to mind. Still doing the jarred Earth's Best baby food, some sweet and white potatos, cooked veggies, chicken, yogurt and fresh fruit. We still have not tried breads because she's still not chewing right and sometimes has wads of food on the roof of her mouth, just hanging out.
Her teeth seem to be better. They were turning grey with grey swirls on them. The geneticist said it could be some of her meds, the neurologist said it was probably the multi-vitamin and suggested going to a dentist and the What to Expect book said it was probably too much iron. So I've dropped the multi-vitamin, which had iron, and am trying to give her food without extra iron, like the formula and baby cereals. They are looking better. Iron too is supposed to constipate so hopefully that will help with her regularity as well.
I brush the teeth daily and she hates it. Singing does not help. She really doesn't "hate" much and is agreeable but not the brush in the mouth.
Not much else going on. Work has slowed down, Thank God, but I have another furlough day tomorrow which is Curt's b'day. We might go to the Zoo, depending on Curt's workload. Otherwise Cailyn and I will get out and enjoy the fresh air. She hasn't had PT this week, I need to check on cancellations for tomorrow but she has OT set for Friday.
